Amit Shah, founder and CEO, is responsible for Sales, Marketing and Strategic Management. He is an engineer with 20 years of management and technology experience. He is a leader with vision and ability to deliver innovative solutions, fulfill corporate objectives and ensure sustained profitability. Earlier in his career, Amit successfully founded and grew two companies and demonstrated his ability to foresee customer needs. At Siemens Postal Automation he was in charge of large international projects. In his entrepreneurial role he has a proven track record to market products and services. In his whole career he has proven highest ability in building and motivating teams, as well as in delivering top performance.

Mihaela Homana, founder and CTO, is heading R&D. She started her career as a software engineer with Siemens Logistics Automation Systems and successfully proved herself as an agile integrator for the largest post automation project worldwide in London. In other large international projects she gathered deep experience in active customer care and became familiar with fulfilling challenging requirements. She introduced highest quality standards and professionalism at E-Senza. Mihaela Homana holds a degree in Computer Science from the University of Jassy and a business master’s degree from University of Konstanz.

Dr. Johannes Bleuel, COO of E-Senza, brings 14 years of international management experience in R&D, new product introduction, production & logistics as well as sales to the team. He has held various senior management positions at Siemens Communications, most recently as Vice President Supply Chain Management for Siemens Mobile Networks in the United States. When Siemens Communications merged with Nokia Networks, he was at the forefront to form the new Nokia Siemens Networks entity, a major player in the wireless industry. Johannes holds a PhD in physics from TU Munich.
